the falling strips on the top of the drawing look quite nice, but you could try to expand a little more on them. Lets take the right bottom one above the wing. It has a slightly curved surface and a fold in it, so mayhaps try a transition of shading "strength"
it will most likely bit a little darker on the more horizontal parts than the vertical parts due to less light being able to fall on them

I advise you to maybe practive on simple surfaces first, it helped me out a lot

You can draw a simple cube and circle, then place the lighting in a certain spot and try making natural shadow. Having a light source from the left corner, slightly out of the paper is the easiest example

Alright, first you gotta start with the color you want for the midtone

it looks like you color the grey as base and then put a white brush on top of it

Ok @summer field so for example, use the pauldron on the guy with the halberd, I use a midtone color for the color metal I want and then where the light sources is hitting I put the color that I want to be the second lightest and spread it out as much as I need to and continue to go lighter and lighter till it's white (usually only put a tiny bit of white) and for the darker tones I just go darker and darker where it makes senses, but usually you want to keep your darkest color just a tiny bit darker than your midtone and after that I use the smudge tool to blend it
Sorry if it's still confusing, I'm not the best at explaining, but I'm working on making a more visual representation

I do it all on one layer, and I don't use multiply or lighten because those specifically only match up to black or white values, so using the actual color swatch is better and the colors make more sense

Glints are quite easy to do on computers: make a layer with a near white colour (example: yellow to the extreme top but very sligtly to the left to get some, as the dutch call it, broken white) then draw the place you want the flare to be as a silhouet of the drawing itself (so dor the sword, dont make the flare thicker than it is). Now make a few duplicate layers and hide them all except one, which you gonna use gausian blur on (some real high value) amd then set the transparity of the layer very low (about trans=150/#layers, or less if you want, try it out). Rrpeat this with the duplicates but with less and less gausian blur.
Bonus: you can also work slightly logaritmic, e.g.: first 10%, second 20% third 35%, forth 55% etc., Because the glare is most intense on the surface itself

I don't have much time for personal art while working. Or rather drawing for 8 hours a day on foxhole makes me want to not draw when I get home lol. But I do work on a lot of art studies. Like I have been studying fabric had how to draw folds. Stuff thats not worth posting online imo
I have an art book that breaks down fabric into 7 basic fold types. So I started on number 1 and filled 40 pages printer paper. I just happened to have 20 pages on my clip board and filled them double sided with sketches and studies. A week ago I competed 7/ 7 fold types now I have 280 pages of paper on my desk at home lol
