Alright, to edit a picture, you need to change the info contained in the picture. To change this, you will decrease the effective info stored

So trying to de-pixel it will decrease the overal picture quality

One method is: blur it and resharpen it until the pixels are gone, but this will remove detail and may give some hooky points on corners

I think you can do this in Gimp, but I havent used it

Second method is: try if you can decrease the nesecary picture size (for example, if you gonna use it for a poster, make the poster smaller)

Sadly you are quite limited with your programs so I think that is all the help I can give you

You can ofcourse always search for a HD picture of it online if possible: drag the image in the google-pictures search bar and it will look for similar ones

I think Gimp will be your best bet tho, as if is the most advanced program for picture editing of the three
