Thanks guys, was asleep when you guys messaged, dogs woke me up barking at shit
The tracks only took about an hour to do, used a path deform map from a spline that lines the track wheels accurately. I attached each track plate separately, which allows the tracks to move independently without individual animation whenever the model is moved forwards/backwards, so it made it much easier to animate π
Here is another angle from the animation
It features a 37mm Puteaux SA 18, although the barrel thickness is reduced, so I guess you could call this a howitzer variant π

Well, it could be balanced by the fact rockets cost quite a lot and RPGs are a bit inaccurate and slow. Also, by limiting the turret rotation (in combination with the wheel based mobility), it will be hard to aim

Well, I agree with the devs to reduce the amount of types of ammo, becuase that would be a logistical hell
But inacxuracy can already greatly nerf the rockets, because the cost per hit is greatly reduced except when you catch the enemt in a group

I don't have any specific number, but it's easily over 100 from contacting ~35 people about the war (~20 responded with at least some info), segmenting the huge war into 'phases', making the script and recording it (this was particularly nerve-wracking as I'm not really a talking person and english isn't my native language), making all the changes to the map, and editing. But now that I have the framework of how a video like this works, the next one I make (if I'm able to make one before I move to a dorm for senior high) will be much more streamlined @upper hound

@fleet crescent The colour of the mask is very bright to a point I'd think there is a possible alien behind the mask; I know WWI gasmasks often have a ligbt colour too, but I think combined with the colours already used a darker colour would do it more justice (would make the eyes stand out more). The sketch itself is amazing btw

the mask is based on the russian GP-5 and the eye lenses are similar to my airsoft setup where i have a red filter paper with LED's to make it glow
