i have another idea to try, disable the QoS above the database option you were looking at
god knows maybe there is an entry for the foxhole IP burying traffic from that database
quality of service stuff can be a nightmare or work badly!
DynamicQoS - you do not need it, ive always felt QoS was a gimmick
but if disabling it fixes your problem, try updating the database or just leave it off
that qos feature is my #1 suspect, in fact! net neutrality forever!

and another thought - ipv6? maybe its an ipv6 thing. all kinds of weird tunneling features on the router that the modem direct connection wouldnt have, explains weird dns resolutions and stuff

yea its an audio interface problem - since the last foxhole patch
i think its helpful if you file a bug report for it, the only workaround we know of is to use a virtual audio driver to route your sound, like voicemeeter
feel free to try updating your audio drivers or playing with the sample rates, whatever, we dont really know the exact cause, but its not network problems

i have the exact same monitor setup, there should be settings somewhere within windows
that you can set fullscreen and bordered / bordless preferences and how they act within the windows enviroment

well not really since your display adapters are not for how the widnows enviroment reacts with open windows and programs.
thats for setting colour managment, resolution and refresh rates
you can lock your mouse cursor to a specific monitor while in certain programs using a hotkey
however i dont know what versions of windows this is supported on at the current time

2.(optional) uninstal Steam, run ccleaner to clean up any empty / null reference registry keys, then reboot the PC. - (majorly optional) run Windows in Safe Mode with Networking, install Steam and (game in question) while in safe mode
- boot up back into normal mode, change the main display to one monitor, and then back to the usual main display (via. the 'Adjust Screen Resolution' area in the Control Panel)
- If you're running Windows 10, make sure to disable every "Xbox" related service under the Services tab.
Or just use a simple tool to lock your screen

im not one for selling programs to fix problems that are solvable without 3rd party solutions
prevents unessecary bloat from craming up your drives
and removes the issues of incompatiblity between programs.
and removes that one extra button press that you will be bound to get absolutely annoyed at after 100 attempts of tabbing out then forgetting its locked and then pressing the button going over to your monitor, msging discord, then going back in game and hitting the hotkey again or forgetting the hotkey and then getting tabbed out mid fight because you forgot to press one button.
Or you can ping him so he sees the solution

How to enable Proton logs?
Rename Proton settings file as mentioned above. Logs will be saved to $HOME/steam-$STEAM_APP_ID.log, overwriting any previous log with that name.

Try to go to propereties of the game, then to beta and make sure none is set, also make sure when you are ingame, the version on the top left is set to "Live"

you have to be pretty close, and be on the same level as it
so building on cliff sides can make it hard to hit the hammer unless your feet are level with the foxhole

Every time I log into Foxhole, I start rubber banding everywhere. I dug deeper and ran internet speed tests during playing and not playing. During playing the game (virtually impossible anyway) my internet ran at 0.20 megabits per second. When not playing the game my internet hit 30 megabits per second. I don't understand what could be causing this, otherwise my internet is totally fine. It seems to have occured after the new update. <@&521124241395941396>

If your network is barely being used it would mean not much data is being received or send. Your network drivers are supposed to handle the requests. I believe yours is being too slow at processing those. So either the drivers or network settings need to be adjusted, or your network adapter itself is the problem.

Right. So if you right click your network icon in the taskbar. You can go to "Open network and internet settings". You can there go to adapter settings and here can install and unstall adapter drivers. HOWEVER you should first check if the game works again if you reinstall before you start messing with drivers unessesarily. Just google how to reinstall network adapters if you need a tutorial.
