Had a bug where I was downed but still standing up
And it allowed me to fire my gun
So I managed to kill 2 guys eventhrough I was down

There is a Foxhole program that runs in background processes called "War". Ending that task should allow you to reopen the game @grand walrus

Figured I'd finally throw a post about this bug: first aid kit usage on downed players. They appear on the ground still for everyone else. However the downed player will be standing and able to fire their guns, they can't reload though.

Eh found a hilarious but deadly bug, not sure if laugh or cry. Closed a gate which was open, was near it. Gate closes and catapults me 200m into the air.

You can actually, if you have created a squad (click F1 then the group people icon) and have 3 people in it, can squad claim vehicles to make their inventory inaccessible to others. People can still break in and drive them, but they can't take stuff out of them anymore

Basically, any overclocked GPU is not really supported so you need to it all the way down using EVGA software in the post.

The game still runs on steam when you close it, no process showing, needs to restart steam after every play to fix

Truck Help: If your truck flies or disappears you can fix it by logging off then on, running 200 meters away from the truck in any direction then running back, or you can have someone hop in and move the truck for you. All of these remedies will make the truck visible again, the truck disappearance bug is a client side issue.

Major bug. Guy got into foxhole, then is said he was blocked on exit. We thought maybe the tunnel behind him? So we blow it up... Still stuck. We then say screw it, and go to blow him up to respawn him, foxhole blows he lives in the ground. We are able to shoot him, just blood no death

I've had 4 instances now as medic when treating a wounded soldier and simultaneously pressing move keys where my movement is then locked up and I am stuck in place indefinitely. Require teammate kill or suicide to respawn, or of course disconnect. Had this issue on 2 different servers yesterday and today.

im coming in again to confirm that my mouse sensitivity settings are indeed reset to default after i just opened my game again to play. i checked and it was back to very insensitive. So yes it feels like a bug to me. This also happens sometimes midgame. 4

yeah i know what causes that exit blocked bug. @woeful canyon if you get into a foxhole and then hit the button to upgrade the foxhole you get stuck with exit blocked message. Even if you upgrade the foxhole you get trapped this shit is getting reallyyy annoying, when i jump into a foxhole and then a friendly starts upgrading it, and traps me inside

That bug was more about AMD processors and the voice issue. There was a fix for the fatal error issue that went out.
Make sure to run Windows update and get all the latest updates too @whole bolt

but to force an update on steam try this
Right click the game in the steam client.
Go to properties.
Go to updates tab.
Drop down menu on automatic updates.
Choose high priority.
Reboot steam client.
also verify the game integrity can cause that game to update if one is avail

the crouching of my enemies has lead to many ragequits since the game became p2p, it is unbelievably harder to hit a crouched target from any range than it has ever been before, there is literally no understanding of me at all of how i can actually hit my crouching enemies and ive pretty much only done combat since i bought the game, ive played a bunch and i see time and time again that A LOT of players pick crouching over prone because they know its broken. i consider myself not bad at combat at all and usually (only when i encounter non crouchers or i get lucky) go on killing sprees just because i play a lot and have a lot of hours in the game. i think the hitbox of crouching people is all messed up, i was incredibly surprised when i heard that noone has complained about this earlier because ive seen many people agree with me ingame, including experienced and good combat players. its also peculiar that crouching was pretty much never used before the game became p2p and therefore i think that crouching has gotten a buff or people just recently found out that crouching is broken. i hope to see the hitbox or the lagg there is when youre crouching changed because it really ruins the game for me.

500hours in the game overall and 61 in the p2p version and people that i know from before the pre alpha saying that they dont have the same issues gets me even more confused and frustrated
to add btw: when i crouch i cant get hit either, ive had moments where i killed 6enemies while i was just crouched and they were all firing at me, devs should ask those enemies wth happened there.

fyi whenever my voip stops working in foxhole, I go to my recording devices (also Steam -> Voice -> Change device) , and disable the microphone
i then reenable the microphone and foxhole voip works again for a good while

@vestal mirage Considering the type of error you are getting, there seem sto be a conflict between your Graphics card and UE4 when dealing with the rendering. (possibly due to the fact you are outputting to a tv)

So when it comes to finding servers, I am able to look and find servers, but I am only able to see about 5 at a time, and they never seem to be the same set, I looked at the thread linked above and nothing helped, any input would be loved!

I just had a really really strange gamebreaking bug occur. I think it has to do with the map. I opened my map and it started scrolling to one side of it. Exited the map, everything was fine, re-entered the map, everything was fine. Then a couple minutes later, I entered the map, everything started scrolling again and my mouse got stuck at a specific location, I could not move it ANYWHERE even if I alt-tabbed the game. Then I exited the map, same thing was still occuring. I move the camera with the middle mouse button and I started rotating at a ludicrous speed. I had to leave the game for it to stop.
Important note : I was ordering stuff from an outpost inside a truck when this occured, right clicking 3 HE grenade at a time

There is a Foxhole program that runs in background processes called "War". Ending that task should allow you to reopen the game

yea, this bugs with trucks are really annoying and game-ruining... You leaving truck - and this truck start to fly above your head or fly away (while everyone else see this truck still stay where you leaved it)... Sometimes it is just impossible to rejoin server due to long queue :C
you can ask your friend to drive this truck a bit so you will start to see truck where it is again, but if you playing alone you can't do anything with it, and when you rejoin you will be teleported to outpost you was saved at, so you have to go through the whole map to your car

ANNOYING VEHICLE BUG: When leavin the truck while driveing it, there is a possibility that you drive over yourself (yes this happens to me more than once and yes I also have a driving lisence in real life...) when leaving it. Instead if dieing, you end up in a loop of "driver over" sound and can't re-enter your vehicle at the driving seat!!! but every other slot works. Its like you are a ghost that can't reenter his body. To solve the problem, I call in my squad members and let them drive the truck like 50m somewhere. (Since this happend more than once, they only let me drive when an other guy is with me in the vehicle -.- haha 😂 so they can save me from it.)

Truck movement state issue: Say I drive a truck along a road or something and I decide to get out at a well-timed point in time where I do not take damage from leaving the truck, the truck remains sounding as if it were moving and the wheels keep turning also. I think this is due to the fact that the Truck audio and visual system has switched from moving to stationary, and whenever I decide to leave the truck at this time, the audio and visual ques do not switch from moving to stationary, despite the fact that the position of the truck remains the same. This issue is fixed whenever I re-enter the truck which seems to reset its movement state however, but the issue remains to occur in future scenarios.

If you place an object down to build, while it is blue it is able to block gunfire and explosions.
It's also able to block line of sight. There are also a few rockpiles that you are able to crawl into and hide yourself, but still be able to shoot out of.

Hello there...lately I can not find the Server my friends are playing on. Its name should be CIA....something and it should be located between Charlie3 and Dog1. But even after hundreds of refresh atempts aswell as restarts I can not find this Server eventhough my friends are playing on it and I can see many other servers even when they are full.

One bug with the healing animation that might be rare but just happend to me. Was when you complete the Heal on another teammate, you wouldn't move. Even if you sprinted or switch weapons (Which worked) but there was no other way to move. Only aim. Hopefully it's not too major.

Try restarting Steam. If that doesn't work, then please ensure that you have opened Steam Matchmaking ports on your firewall/router.
If you continue to have problems, please ensure that your anti-virus software is not blocking Foxhole and that it has been put on a whitelist. We have had several users report that this problem is the cause for not seeing servers.
Ensure you check Windows Defender, even if you don't have a 3rd party Anti-Virus. As a simple test, disable all anti-virus software (Incl. Windows Defender) to see if it's blocking visibility of servers.

To open a port in Windows Firewall
On the Start menu, click Control Panel.
In Control Panel, click Network and Internet Connections, and then open Windows Firewall.
In Windows Firewall, click the Exceptions tab, and then click Add Port.
In the Add a Port dialog box, in the Name box, type SQL Server<instanceName>.

seems to be a bug if it is where the collider for buildings in construction are enabled resulting in allowing me to creat obstructions in front of the enemy on the fly preventing gun fire. possibly having a 2-5 second cool down before construction begins would be a game mechanic resolution to this?
anyways amazing job on the game! been years since i actualy had fun playing somthing.

i got a bugged keyboard layout after patch, it changes the layout to US for the game window
can't type, which maybe isn't a bad thing
eg it changes the layout without the option to change it back to normal

I just got back to my war on Sulfur EU after being away for a couple of hours and cant unlock my own truck. I locked my truck and hid and positioned it uniquely before I left. I was not in a squad before I left and it is definitely my truck.

If that didn't work, you can try some other things:
1) Please double check that all your drivers are updated
**2)**Also, make sure you are not part of any Beta content on steam
**3)**Third thing you can try is the following (seems like a steam might have corrupted some files, for whatever reason )
2. Add a new library folder.
3. Uninstall the damaged game.
4. Install the game into the new library. Preferably a new drive, if you have that available```Is this for the unity error?

not sure if this is a bug or just me being weird. But when i open the game, i leave it in the main menu screen then Alt+Tab so i can check discord before joining a server. If i am gone long enough, then the audio in the main menu ceases to exist. I have to restart the game. Entirely NOT a huge problem. i am perfectly fine restarting the game then playing. But just curious if anyone else has noticed this?

I've just encountered a bug that allowed my team to get 169 light tank shells from just 2
I don't know how I caused it or how it happened
but I could just constantly spam Tank shells until they dissapeared from my inventory

Erm, like every 20 minutes or so my game completely stops working and that error message appears. I have to manually close game and reboot. Game works amazingly right up until that point regardless of what settings I have it on.

So I didn't get any clips of it and haven't been able to replicate it but I found a pretty game breaking bug
I was able to walk underneath a tank, and then the tank slipped un top of my head and I was able to walk around with the tank on my head. I could crouch and prone and essentially become almighty, because even after the tank blew up it stayed on top of my head blocking all kinds of shots

I keep noticing a bug where friendly foxholes will shoot through teamates to hit enemies that they dont have direct LOS due to an object.

AI share LOS with human players, so if you see an enemy, the AI does as well and happens to ignore the object

I think it's because AI can no longer see through a wired fence, might be wrong, until a ally player sees them

happened twice in a row, my understanding is that the Foxhole is checking for a wall, if there is a wall it wont fire. but in this case instead of it seeing an ally AND the wall.. it just says "hey its an ally, I can shoot through people" not realizing that it cannot shoot through the wall on the otherside.
