On a cold winter morning, in the deep forest of Reaching, a squad of trainees is doing a patrol to sharpen their navigation skills. The sun just peaked from the horizon, turning the trees and ground into a valley of crystals. The patrol makes it to a clearing, stopping for a break, when suddenly, off to the side of the clearing, a crash comes throw the trees. A flurry of snow washes over from the strange object skipping across the ground, sending the soldiers on their feet, grabbing their rifles. Everything went silent again, till there was a loud, piercing screech coming from the snow. They spread out, approaching what ever made that noise, noticing a trail of blood covers the snow to the pile. A wing pushes out of the snow drift, startling them and now they had their rifles aimed, then a scalely, bloodied hand...(talon?) grips to climb up, and then the creature pulls itself out of the snow, only able to roll over, with blood oozing out of its shoulder, staining its feather. The squad looks in shock and confusion, except one, who lowered their gun and approached the wounded cryptid, much to the protest of the others. "Don't you know what this is? I've only read of them as folk lore...A Great Owl!", he says, kneeling a few feet from the humanoid owl before him. He was looking over the wound and huge feathers till its eyes opens, looking at him. The creature pushes away, then sinking back down with a lower screech." Stay still!", setting his pact aside, retrieving the first aid kit, soon trying to get a bandage round the wound. "What do you think you're doing?!" shouts the most senior, gun still aimed, "She's wounded and barely couscous, we need to get back to camp.." "She?" said the leader. 'Yes, she, this is a female." he grunts getting the bandage tight. "Can we make a stretcher? We must hurry..." [Part 1, a new victim of the war falls from above]

so i found norwegian uniforms from the 1930 an i found it quit cool cuz it was realy simalar to the warden but they were originaly in green but i painted them blue maybe this is a way to add some sort of rank in to the game i did some small stuff to them added the sword to the lt and made the coat a bit longer and added pinchers to the boots of the cavarly man

**Long before the Colonials and Wardens fought, before the Boreal Wars, The Nation of Veli had been invaded from the north; by the Commonwealth of Caoiva. With this, the Veli National Army had fought fiercely against The Caoivish Armed Forces. Despite the ferocity the Veli's army had put through, the Caoivish had their massive numbers and the advanced war technology they had developed, to ultimately decimate Veli's armies. Ushering the need of a military alliance between Veli and Mesea. Which ultimately developed towards the creation of the Colonial Legion, to which broke through Caoiva's southern bulwark. **

This submission is what I Interpret the Veli National Army would look like with their separate uniforms, before the remnants of their own men donned the well-known shoulder caped uniform(s) later on.

After the injured are treated, defenses rebuilt and the dead buried, there is a precious few moments of rest allowed for the weary defenders. Rest comes rarely with the Colonial forces drawing closer. This moment of repireve is appreciated by both sides, who take in the tranquility of their surroundings shortly before the ferocious battle was to resume.

Operation Green Cloud

Union pioneers rose from their barracks this fine day and felt the breeze of the Wildwood on their skins. It was relaxing, a moment of respite in these troubling times. 
As their morning routine dictates, they started salvaging and getting supplies for future operations, when one of the pioneers smelled a familiar smell through their gas mask. It was unmistakable; green ash, in our wildwood!
This was unacceptable. This place; holy to many an engineer was being assaulted, touched by the unholy hands of the warden menace! The radio confirmed an enemy operation had commenced, opening a front in CBU homeland. Pioneers let go of their sledgehammers, and grabbed their green ash cannisters.
The following half an hour was a massacre. As wardens vomited their lungs, pioneers were once again enjoying the breeze of the Wildwood. Swatting down the nuisance in umbral wildwood, the pioneers turned their attention to another active frontline. A neighboring province in Drowned Vale was under assault for a while now. Wardens were pushing hard against Loggerhead and they were in artillery range of the town hall. CBU stabilised the front with their arrival and turned the tide of war. 
The postals of the pioneers crushed the soil and warden skulls alike. The greenest of ashes was kindly distributed throughout the frontline, the hottest howitzer shells were delivered directly on top of the wardens(express, in 30 minutes or less), the most beautiful garrisons and trenches dug gently, without disturbing the soil. But most important of all; the most delicious pizza in 87 years was concieved by a Union pioneer in one of the Loggerhead kitchens, which baffled the scientists thoughout the world. Who knew blueberries went so well on pizza?
