Buttons on top left allow placement of Markers and drawing of line (wip) when drawing a line, click a location move the mouse and click again, keep doing this until you want to stop, at which point press the same location twice (like i said, wip) currently does not drawn any lines whilst you are drawing them... (yeah i know lolwut)
Controls on top right allow you to make layers appear and disappear (base layers only)

so, now via the db i can set what map we are looking at
which also changes the referenced base nodes (buildings etc)
i only have the nodes for Callahans in the db atm

the map coords at 1000 x 1000 , it changes what that means in pixels depending upon the size of the map

Some sort of user added poi voting, mark a poi other users up vote it, after certain number of up votes it gets auto included on a poi baselayer (and thus appearing as a selectable layer on all maps of that type)
I'm sure it would be a bad idea, but there is only one way to find out
Or perhaps special curator maps that can be featured on the main page, nature walks to do sight seeing, battle plans that never pan out and many more
