Unfortunately bro there isnt much you can do atm, could possibly take a hit to get rid of burn but if you play a 3-5-2 or a 3-4-3 this week and then replace burn next week.
From personal experience its usually not the best to chase points and take hits, keep your underperforming players in the squad for now and transfer them out once you get some free transfers
