I would split them up. Forest assets aren’t needed till GW22. I see your approach is cutting it close on budget. I would pick up a cheaper Forest defender so you can have extra budget.

Murillo exists for 4.6 and Milenkovic for 4.8 are examples.

I would do Evanilson to Wood GW21. Then GW22 pick up Murillo. GW23 Mbuemo can be picked up.
