If you go on the web, and go to the pick team tab, and look at the url, there should be your team ID
Honestly in your situation, you either wildcard a few players in, or you make some transfers and just tank this week.

It’s an option, you could probably just copy a wc28 plan and adjust it to this week
You could look at the wildcard gw28 thread and then adjust your draft to this week

Like for example this team by Jazzy, wildcarded last week only has a couple players for this week while being somewhat set up for future weeks. Since you are wildcarding this week, you can probably remove more of the Bournemouth players and add in players that set you up better
