You get one free transfer a week
Any more transfers you make in that week cost you points
Free transfers are good. Spending points to make transfers is bad
You can make no transfers during a gameweek and “roll” a free transfer and add another transfer to your “bank”
You can only have 2 free transfers “banked” in total
Meaning if you have 2 fts and you don’t use them, you will have 2fts the next week
That is called “burning” a transfer

I only see free hit and use wildcard

If it’s giving you a -4 for making a transfer that means you have already used your free transfer for the week
