I’ve been looking into foden cause I put him on my team, but from what I’ve found he is more likely to start this season than before. He still isn’t nailed in, but with gund out he could start as a midfielder as pep has said before he would like to transition foden to a center mid. Bernardo Silva might also leave which would give him an even better chance of starting. De Bruyne might also be out at the start of the season, which could help foden too.
That said, I like the balance between template and a few differential picks for your team
Personally I would take son over rashford since you already have Fernandez and no spurs attackers, especially because the new spurs manager likes to play very attacking
