got a new phone, everything has transferred ok but my security key is not being recognized. do I need to call EA support?

Go to the website, put in your log in details minus the key, click the button to sign in, next page will have your display name filled in and ask for the security key and has a button at the bottom "lost your security key?" to help take care of that
