#3 Armor Sets not showing in Collections (WAS PROPERLY EQUIPPED)

Sorry for the caps I just know that I will be asked about whether or not I had equipped the gear.

Bought 3 armor sets and equipped them (I did have the confirmation pop window up) and they haven’t unlocked in collections. They never popped up in collections and I’ve tried every troubleshoot option that I can do on my end. I don’t have them in inventory anymore so what do I do? I’m not re-buying them either, so I hope they can be returned to inventory or just refund the credits before I just dispute the charge and get my money back that way.

Probably worth sending a ticket in for this, support can probably help return the items for you. I've had stuff I've sold by accident returned when I sent in a ticket.
