Yeah the game is just kinda poorly optimized, nothing you can really do

You need a better cpu and use PBO and overclock your ram to 6000 mhz and make sure your infinity fabric mem controller etc are at 2000 mhz 1:1:1

#

Get yourself a 9600x or 9700x if you get the chance but cannot afford a 9800x3d. Zen 5 is a decent single threaded and architectural upgrade from zen 4.

#

Also make sure you're at least using the balanced power plan or better, and avoid having background tasks running to maximize your fps

İf I want to upgrade to 9800x3d

I have a Asus b840m a CSM motherboard

#

Would it match?

Should be enough as ryzen chips sip power so you won't need crazy vrms. Though your board is a low end so I don't know how it affects cpu or memory overclocking. But with ryzen your biggest issue is ram. You have to get your ram and infinity fabric and mem controller running on 1:1:1 ratio to minimize dips and maximize your fps. The big L3 cache on the 9800x3d will do the rest of the heavy lifting for games like swtor.

You should be seeing 150 to 200 fps just running around in open world with 9800x3d ddr5 oc to 6000 and a 5060ti. You shouldn't see fps less than around 80 to 100fps unless in 24 man. Even then around 60 fps.
