Difference Sith Warrior / Sith Inquisitor

I am a returning player and totally confused about character creation. Is there any difference between this classes besides the story and cosmetic ? I can both choose to be the same combat styles.

The Origin Stories are all unique stories with different character voices, companions, and plot. The combat styles were originally tied to specific stories, but now you can freely choose to be whichever one you want for that story
