Has anyone else managed to get back access to their old account, "locked" with the old security keychain from the Collector's edition Without calling them?
massive social anxiety and calling an international number without speaking good English is a no-go for me, tried a couple of times in the past and all of the response i got was call this number, that a online game still deals with PHONE support, not email, seems so weird and idiotic...

well the good thing is that the email and display name was right after my memory, the bad thing is that since i didnt remember my password, i needed a reset, but i cant reset without a security key 😹
have sent a email, got a automated response that ofc didnt help at all 😛 but hoping for a proper response too 😉
have created a new account i play on, but that only made me want my old one back even more 😛 so much unlocked and it's a beta account, even played pvp with it at dreamhack before release... was part of a guild that won a competiton from EA

That’s what I thought. Sadly it’s either call or forget about the old account. Keep in mind though they’re not going to be mean to you or anything. Making phone calls is just kind of part of being an adult (I say this as someone who struggled a lot in the past and finally got a bit more used to talking to strangers)

its more me mis pronouncing things, tried just spelling my email before and failed... as my pronunciation sucks abit

You could look up pronunciation online, practice a bit. If they can’t understand you, well, at least you tried
