Group icon too small / different

I don't understand why when I'm in a group the player icons are smaller and different. Is there a solution to get the original icons back?

I think what I'm seeing is the operation frame. I tried modifying it in the interface editor, but I can't find anything.

yeah displaying ops frames for non-ops groups is a setting, i forget exactly where the toggle for it is though

if its not in the interface editor section it'll probably be somewhere in preferences
