Every time I launch the game, it launches in Fullscreen mode with low graphics settings. If I change the settings to Fullscreen (Windowed), the screen turns black and the game stops responding, and I have to close it with the task manager. Any idea what's causing this or anything about a fix? I haven't had this issue until the patch 7.6.1 came out. Thanks in advance.

Might need to enable hidden folders in Windows settings
then right click the file, properties and see if read-only is checked

it appears the whole settings folder read only IS checked
think unchecking this would help?

hmm, my folder is read-only too and doesn't have the issue. Could try unchecking it just to be sure. Beyond that I'm not sure, hopefully someone else will have other ideas

You could try and rename the client_settings.ini to like client_settings_old.ini so it makes a new one and that might start saving properly, but I've never tried that myself. So unsure what it'll do.
