How do i spend my conquest points?

You don't spend them, you get the rewards listed in that tab upon getting 100k. Any more is unnecessary, unless you're in a guild that does prizes for the top conquest earners

There's level brackets, if you got 100k before getting to 80 you'd have gotten whatever the previous bracket rewards were

ya i was leveling and it must of gave me rewards before hitting max

no worries though, conquest points aren't too difficult to get. Pretty much any gameplay activity will net you some amount. Even if it's only a little it adds up
