Returned after years and have decent funds and CC. What can I do to get some more leveling QoL? Specific unlocks besides inventory, story XP and rocket boots?
Also, when can I access legacy cargo on the new char?

welcome back! and quick way to level up you can que up for flashpoints with a group and do them over and over again, do heriocs on diffrent planets by yourself or with others, do planet missions and such. also with double exp going on you can level up pretty quickly right now till January 2,.
there's class unlocks you gain legacy unlock after completing 3rd chapter for your class you play like Agent and etc- you use heroic moment to help take down enimies a bit quicker. also species unlock which you can do tru your legacy or by using the cartel market, lots of unlocks there for hair and such.
Legacy cargo you can access that at lvl 15, do the stronghold quest either on Coruscant or Dromund Kass and you get legacy cargo for free.
