In order to share them with other characters you need to pay an extra fee to unlock them in collections, which will unlock the items for your whole account
To share credits with all your characters on that server, deposit them in your legacy bank

So I paid for them once, and now I get to pay for them twice if wanna use them with Alts... seems like a money grab

you pay a lot less than the intial cartel purchase for sure. but the price to unlock means any char on can use it. only thing i'm not sure is if that applies to new chars on a diff server.
