does pur gear at hide and zeeks give mods like hilts and armouring? i have 340 pur gear but they don't have hilts/armorings. so i need 340 blue gear too?

At the top of the vendor window, click the middle drop down list and click Select All, it should then show you hilts/armoring/barrels/etc.
