Ok I got a question so I re-downloaded the game finally remembered my log in credentials and still can't play the game the minute I launch it the video that plays is a graphical tear upto character select and makes it to where I can't even see my characters how can I fix it if I can't even get in game to mess with the settings radeon 6600xt ryzen 5 cpu with 32 gigs memory

Don't alt + tab when the game is loading, that'll prevent the pink square
