#Can't log into game (website and launcher both work fine)

Hello,

I haven't played for around 1 year but I have been wanting to play SWTOR again. I last tried to log into the game a couple months ago and now I reinstall the game just to find out I have the same error. I play the game through steam and I have never asked for a chargeback for anything. I refunded a seperate purchase that was in the same purchase on steam as SWTOR cartel credits but since its completely unrelated that shouldn't be the issue. This error has been happening for a couple months and I never realised until then as I stopped playing the game for a while. I cant call customer support as I live in Australia and the support times don't suit me where I live. I can sign into the SWTOR website completely fine so I don't think I am banned, launcher works fine too. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me get into the game. I have spent well over $100 last year so I cant just drop the game. Thanks!

you are best to call swtor support when the lines are open and confirm their is not a block due to a chargeback i would say your refund likely triggered a block by the sounds of it
calling is the only way you will know for sure

If I bought a sub would I be able to contact them in game? Even if I bought it from steam?

I just bought a sub and it stilll wont let me contact support in game, still tells me to subscribe 💀

when an account is disabled no gametime can be added to that account from any source including steam
