First time trying to play the game. Downloaded it earlier today and it either keeps crashing after I open the game through the launcher or shortly after.

I am on a Windows 11 laptop with a i9 10th-gen, 2080 super, w/32g of ram. I have it downloaded through steam.

I have downloaded/repaired the C++ and DirectX needed for the game, verified game files, checked firewall permissions, updated graphic drivers, running the launcher as admin, and restarted my computer after all of this which has not fixed it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I will continue updating this with methods I have tried.

Changing the settings for fullscreen, refreshrate, and d3dfullscreen.

I've tried all but the clean boot which I am hesitant to do

clean boot helps to remove 3rd party overlays as they can cause the game to crash on startup
paste the contents of the client_setting file
