Hey guys! I’m new here, but I’ve played on and off for a few years. On this playthrough, I can’t seem to find a way back to the forge to refine the crystal shard. I am currently level 36. Any advice?

This is nice, but it doesn’t show me where the forge is
The only one I know is the farthest south part of the tython map
And I’m getting conflicting info online, will this actually tune/refine my rough crystal? Or is it now obsolete? This is so confusing.

I don't know i haven't done that part but one minute i know the device is still there or was last I was in the ruins on tython (never found it on Korriban but didn't go looking) I'll pop over and grab a map image of where
Ok it's the forward camp speeder that is closest then the forge remannts show on the overall map it will flip to the local area for me once i go further ... go up the hill and at the split turn right toward the waterfall caves you need to go through those... https://gyazo.com/1d02c59b744f9520082db4ff44565394 (will get an image of the turns in the cafe and where it is after but that's a start
it's a little bit of a maze to get over into that area ... but now I remember why I found it, it's near the white datacron that gives you a blue matrix shard https://www.ign.com/wikis/star-wars-the-old-republic/Tython_Datacron_Locations

those used to be used for the magenta crystals but as far as i know the actual schematics got standardized to ordinary mats
