Does crafting skills or crew skills make a difference much in the game? as a Sith healer should i be looking for specific skills?

the short version is that crew skills dont matter to your gameplay much, they are mostly for crafting which is it's own thing

there is certainly lots of fun to be had doing crafting, and there's no harm in picking up skills and playing around with them

one way crew skills are important for gameplay is that in most early flashpoints you can use them for small skips. Definitely not necessary but good to have
