Too low level for main storyline

I’m a level 21 sith juggernaut but I’m getting rekt on Tatooine.. What can i do to level up a bit so it will be doable?

can go to earlier planets and do their heroics; those give some credits, gear, and good xp
repeatable daily (excluding starter planet heroics, those reset every tuesday)

alternatively if you're fine with groupfinder, you can queue for Hammer Station; it's a quick and ez flashpoint that folks often spam (hence 'Spammer Station'), so pops for that shouldn't take long
