I bought Cartel coins but there not showing up on my player it still just says 60 instead of 1050

Then you should wait a minium of 24 hours as it can take some time before they come through some people have to wait days

If not there still you need to call support

If you got them on steam though you may struggle

sometimes there can be a delay , not usually 24 hours but could be up to an hour but usually are pretty quick to appear

Do I need to enable this in order for it to work?

no need to enable in game purch, usually a restart of game(log out/back in) after verifying totals on swtor site for CC should suffice. (yes steam pay portals can be a bit of time but usually swtor site, logged into account there is typically near instant.. unless there is an issue with pay method)

I got the email purchase confirmation but there still not in the game

check your transaction history... and the payment source history to be sure it did get kicked back then contact them if they are showing there but not recieved

swtor account displayname ? can check the coin purchase status

I would also confirm the swtor account you are logged into for the purchase on the website is the same account used in the launcher to login to the game
looks like 2 different accounts as the screens have 2 different coin balances, one is 60 coins and the other is just what you purchased as 1050 which indicates that account had 0 coins beforehand

If need call swtor support when the lines are open , they can transfer the coins if they have been purchased on the wrong account

once you track down which account you bought coins with.. use that one to buy then wait for cooldown to expire and ship to intended character. for example if this is the case.

only you can tell what the account name is on the browser that shows you bought 1050 coins, then compare that account name to the account name used to login to the game on the launcher, look very closely at each name to see if they are 100% the same

I called support and I got the problem solved so we're all good now
