How do I make it disappear? I can ignore it and play without any issues at all, but I can't make it disappear, and if I do anything with i, it closes the game

Just to be very clear this is not a bug with the launcher @wintry saffron

switching language is not a fix either , best to not click ok for now rather, use the quit option in the bottom left of the screen
then log in again for now

This looks to be an ISP caching issue per https://forums.swtor.com/topic/929433-launcher-issues-troubleshooting-steps-updates/#comment-9767890
