think i may know the ability that's getting you - his Force Explosion
interrupt that ability whenever you see him try to cast it

so how do i beat him
everytime he is under 10 percent i lose and me and the driod compaion and my perm companon all hit him and all have full health

pretty much just, kill his voss helper, then chomp down his health
he'll sometimes stealth then stun someone at random
his Force Explosion castable will need to be interrupted, that does a lot of damage to you
if his other abilities i.e the one where he throws giant clusters of crystals at you starts hurting a bunch, iirc there are kolto stations around you
your regular comp is set to healer yeh?
