I am not subscriber but it says that it is authorized previously by subscription so it shouldnt be a problem yea? I can put it tho to this blue one

You need to remove the crystal already in it first

Also, It does matter, if you are no longer subbed, and you didnt buy the artifact authorization, you wont be able to utilize anything thats of a certain quality etc.
If its already equipped, you can use it but once its unequipped or you want to use something new that is Purple/Gold, you cant
