#can’t exit out of tab

Hey question is anyone else having this problem when trying to log in??? I can’t seem to close the info tab like can’t press close or X???? Even when I completely exited out of the game and try to relight in it still does this

Returning to the game after awhile, and I am currently stuck at the 'Recent Update' message at the Launcher. Neither the 'Close' button nor the 'X' will function when I click on them. So, I am unable to reach the 'Play' button hidden beneath the message. I have restarted my computer, restarted my...
