#Problems with loading screen and settings

Hi so i changed my resolution to a lower one and then the pc notification said resolution not optimal after that it closed dowm the game but then everytime i try to login in it just stops at the loading screen and doesn't load so that i can change the resolution and i went to pc setting and changed it back to 1680x1050 but it's still just loading still i don't know how to fix it if the game isn't loading into ingame settings

If not my solution to that if all else fails would be if using steam try repair if that doesn't work uninstall and reinstall if not using it via steam uninstall the game, make sure all files are uninstalled, restart your computer, and then reinstall it fresh (you can move your screenshots folder elsewhere if you take screenshots like me and don't want to lose them)
