How do I play the Enternal Empire story in Jedi Knight story?

Finish your 3 class stories, then Ilum, then Makeb, Oricon ( don't have to do the Op unless you want to), Shadow of Revan, Zoist then you can start Kotfe storyline Chapters by going to your ship terminal also be lvl 60.

It should be noted that you don’t have to do all those other quests to play KOTFE, all you have to do is meet the level requirement, it’ll appear on your ship terminal. The above is needed to understand the story up to that point

also add ... Illum, Makeb, and Oricon can be gone back to after starting KOTFE... however, I highly suggest you do if nothing else Shadow of Revan and Ziost because they lead into it if you haven't done them before at all and if you don't want to do Shadow of Revan the Ziost set is short but is the prelude for the KOTFE ... KOTFE will not show up on your ship console until level 60 or 61 (pretty sure it's 60 but I leveled up again before making it back to my ship to check at 60)
