the door that say "locked" is not the one you're supposed to go through, there are 2 paths on the map to where you want to go. Go back and to the right and you'll find another entrance, check the map

and that door is highlighted blue and should open is it not even when touched? Some need to be clicked on others auto open that one I am pretty sure auto opened for me the day before yesterday

Weird that fixed it. Travel to DK and shut the game down entirely and booted it back up

leaving and going back sometimes fixes oddities, restarting the game can fix others at times glad it's sorted out for you
