Was playing today earlyer. Closed game window, later tonight tries firing it up, but it did not start. Not even the launcher. The launcher's tray icon is stuck on tray until hovering over it, then it pops like a bubble.... gone. Deleted game, reinstalled, same. Really now not even the launcher seems to install. Trying to fix it with installer/ fix game, but that also does not work... was looking for the graphics settings file, but those are not even created now, as I deleted and did a new installer and the launcher cannot even run a first time to create the default files.... the game was not running in compatibility mode... according to shortcut settings. Completely stuck w it...

So usual techies would say that you try these steps:
~~Reinstall ~~[but you did that already]
Run with admin [Right click on icon and "Run as admin"]
Try running the .exe itself not the shortcut
Try updating Drivers,DirectX and vCredist

run as admin- tried before uninstalling but did not think this was noteworthy, the last 2 gonna try those now, (but as game was running 2 hours earlyer, I do not think the last point could relativistically be of help, more likely an auto update broke the game, but it seems not many ppl are affected)
