#subscription issue

Everything is working fine as in you've confirmed you were charged for the subscription and the subscription shows as having been proceed on swtor.com and/or steam?
My card has been charged but my status was lowered to preferred. It also happened last April
without warning
What subscription plan are you on, and you've confirmed it's been accepted on the swtor/steam side of things? If it does show as processed or completed, you'll have to reach out to Bioware.
I'am on the $14.99 plan. Paid every month and next payment not due til the 20th
So your card was billed within the last 30 days; and you've gone down to preffered and it shows the next billing date? In that case it sounds like a bug and you should reach out to Bioware.
