Basically when I hit 'play' on the launcher. The game goes fullscreen and freezes. My CPU skyrockets to 80% roughly with the game.

To be clear. I've tried verifying integrity of files, running as administrator, and a couple other fixes.

I've got a high end setup. So it's not my PC that's the issue imo.

Hmm.. Well I got to the main screen. I think it defaulted to the max resolution.
My screen is 2560x1440 but for some god forsaken reason it can go above that.
When I tried putting my screens refresh rate back to 165hz.. The game froze...

It may be forcing your screen to full screen. Might have to edit the .ini file.

It is fixed now! Basically restarted the game and my settings did save.
Weird that it froze the last time though.
