While I know that a multitude of issues have come with the new update, this one doesn't seem to get mentioned that often. I updated the game, everything was fine with the launcher, I click "PLAY" and absolutely nothing happens. No error code, no flashing loading screens or textures, no noise, no heating up - Nothing. I googled it and found an article by Swtorista who has compiled a list of possible fixing methods. But before I waste precious time installing stuff like DirectX 9, I'd like to verify if my hardware could be the issue, as I fear most strongly. I play on a Lenovo Thinkpad T450s; until now, the game had worked pretty well on Low graphic settings (medium was okay too, but frame rate dropped). Thank you very much in advance

I have the Lenovo Legion and when trying to login it simply says "The login service is currently unavailable. Please visit our forums for the latest updates on the status of this service." It's been saying this for days. I uninstalled it 6 months ago because logging in was hit or miss. Thought I would give it another go. I can't even find anything in the forums that helps me.

Well, I tried toe steps swtorista listed in her article. I checked the thing with compatability mode, checked my antivirus, installed DirectX 9 and Microsoft Visual C - none of these changed anything. Guess that's it...

I'm no expert when it comes to these things, but I believe that in terms of graphics, RAM and processor intel, my laptop should still be able to run it. I don't have Windows 10 however, so that might be the cause
