#Installing new color crystal does not change blade color in-game

Changing the lightsabre color crystal does not change the blade color in-game.

I've tried multiple color crystals and multiple lightsabres, I've tried using both modification stations, and ctrl+right-clicking on the sabre to get to the modification screen.

No joy. No matter what I do, I get the "default" color of the lightsabre.

The attached pix shows the problem:

  1. There is a Black-Orange Striated Color Crystal installed in a Blademaster's Attenuated Lightsabre.
  2. The in-game color showing is the default color for a Blademaster's Attenuated Lightsabre...with no cryatal installed.

I have tried multiple lightsabres, using several different color crystals.

Any and all suggestions welcome!

by any chance, do you have the blue blade equipped in the outfitter?

if that's the case, you get the different colour sabre you have to first get the blade, put the diff colour crystal in, and then add it to the outfitter

No, no blue blade in the outfitter. That pix was snapper from the Outfitter panel.

Can we get a screenshot of 1. your item screen and 2. your outfitter screen?

Thanks all...my bad 🫢. I re-checked the Outfitter screen, and sure enough it had the old blue blade back. I was switching between Combat Styles, and trying different color crystals, and just screwed up. (PS: Gotta love this channel. Friendly, helpful and quick to respond!)
