I mean, try checking another character. You can't claim the companion twice on the same character.

When you originally unlocked them was your inventory full?

On a character where you don't have Fay, check 1) your mail, 2) your inventory/cargo hold for her two items that you get when you click the claim button.

PH4-LNX Not Unlocking in Collections

I completed the Worthy Employer quest on my Gunslinger, but the PH4-LNX still does not appear in my collections. I tried restarting the game, but that did not solve the problem. Please see the attached screenshots.
