So I have been playing swtor and want to do this quest, it just says "Complete flashpoint A Traitor Among Chiss", does anyone know where I could complete it? (no launch button + I haven't been playing that long)

On Odessen there should be an elevator that takes you down to the launch area that will take you to the flashpoint.
