Shroud of Memory not appearing in collections and z00m unavailable | SWTOR | Page 1

Hello, so I bought the Shroud of Memory pack from the market today but it seems to have bugged out on me. I finished chapter 9, did To Find a Findsman, did Arma Rasa, made sure my story chapter was not active, and then unlocked the Shroud of Memory mission. But, nothing happened. There's no alert in the companions window, no new mission, absolutely nothing. I can't even find anything about HK-55, z00m, or the market unlock in my collections. I got HK-55 on one character, and nothing else.

Did I do something wrong? I'm pretty sure I followed the guide exactly, so why isn't this working?

I did also see the system message about a collections unlock when I first opened the market item that gives the two misions.

Did you check your Chapters menu toward the bottom?

No, there's a Chapter window that you can access from the top menu.

For the KOTFE/KOTET chapters.
