Security Key Support

So I haven't played for a good year, I have tried to follow the guides on removing the security key/resetting the password but none work or seem to be different ... I can't email support as I'm only a preferred account

Even as a preferred account, you should be able to email customer support. Though if you are having a security key issue, you may need to use their phone number and call them if you're able to.
