So a month ago I was trying to subscribe to SWTOR, it kept failing so I gave up and decided to just play the game, when I logged in however it says that I'm subscribed. I checked my bank and no money was taken. I checked the swtor website and couldn't find any subscription plan even though it says that I'm subscribed in the website and in game. I shrugged it off thinking that they'll probably charge me next month. Well, a month came by, I'm still subscribed and no money was taken. There's also no warning or anything. What's going on here ? Can I get banned for this ? How do I fix this ?

I can't cancel the 'subscription' either because swtor doesn't seem to detect this 'subscription' while at the same time also gives me the subscription and its perks ? How can something like even happen lmao

<@&736253771776131083> please enlighten me. I don't know if I'm in trouble or not.

This happened to someone else, but I found no solution.

Well I heard tickets have a rep for not being too helpful so just I case, I decided to post here.

I shrugged it off cause I thought they'd charge me this month. I should've been charged 3 days ago.

they can be helpful; they're human tho, and aren't always aware of certain things about the game
so sometimes folks will come looking for answers and the person they got into contact with just wasn't the best for that

I would make a ticket, explain everything in detail, and make sure they know you're not doing anything on purpose. It seems like a payment or registry bug, and an actual pair of eyes from swtor support is ususally able to fix stuff like that. They can add/remove subscription time manually, reset timers, flush a bugged registry, etc. So if you already made a ticket then I'd just wait, I'm sure it'll be fine

Just need your swtor account/displayname
