#Mastery vs Power

I am sure this is covered hundreds of time, and this is a broad cover of DPS/Healer/Tank on level 80
Which is better to have more in Mastery or Power? MY Master is 15K+ across the toons. Should I put more in there or Power? Mainly looking at my Relics I have.

last I saw, power doesnt get more effective than mastery until ~200k+
