Is it samrter to subscribe the last day rather than now if I want to save money? Do I still get same rewards equaly fast?

the quests are the same for subs and non-subs so it really does not matter. You just unlock the sub track when you do subscribe

there are of course some quests you can not do as F2P

for example when you have to defeat raid bosses

so it will be a bit slower without sub but not much

still possible to complete all 100 levels without
