here's the section of #general-tips regarding if /stuck doesn't work
If you are stuck and /stuck does not move you, nor does the quick-travel/stronghold teleport or log out because the game thinks you are moving: type /sit, wait for the animation to finish, then while you are still sitting try to use quick-travel abilities/teleports!

I don't think I can teleport or quick travel currently
